Noelle Connolly, RYT-200, currently lives and teaches yoga in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated from Boston University in 1999 where she was a Boston Terrier Field Hockey Player. After taking her first yoga class ten years ago, Noelle fell in love with the practice. It was the one thing that challenged her mentally, physically, and spiritually. She has been a passionate student ever since.
Noelle completed the Barkan Method Level II training in Florida, October '08 before moving to Philadelphia where she completed the Dhyana Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training in July '09. In October 2010, Noelle completed the YogaWorks 200 Hour Teacher Training Program. She has completed the Embodying the Flow & Fluid Power training with Shiva Rea's senior teacher, Simon Park & the Dynamic Flow training with Alexander Holmes.
Noelle is passionate about learning so that she can be a better teacher and is the grateful student of Joan White. Her yoga classes are a fusion of all the styles she has studied creating a fresh, energetic flow combining both strength and flexibility of body, mind and spirit. When Noelle is not teaching she enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with friends & family, and hanging with her dog Kai. She currently teaches at Dhyana Yoga's three Center City locations.
